ThirdChannel is a leading B2B retail intelligence platform helping brands improve in-store execution and sales performance.

I was brought onto overhaul all marketing communications and creative direction, partnering closely with leadership to rebuild the company’s brand, demand generation strategy, and sales infrastructure.

The Challenge

  • Outdated website and inconsistent brand experience

  • Underperforming email and lifecycle programs

  • No structured sales funnel or consistent MQL generation

  • Messaging not clearly communicating value to B2B buyers

  • Need to better align marketing with sales and revenue goals

Led full brand and website relaunch

  • Managed end-to-end website redesign, including content, creative, and UX/UI

  • Rebuilt messaging to better reflect product value and differentiation

Owned all marketing communications and creative direction

  • Oversaw copywriting, content, PR, advertising, and events

  • Established a consistent, scalable brand foundation across channels

Built a new demand generation engine

  • Created and launched a full-funnel sales and marketing system

  • Developed campaigns to drive qualified inbound and engagement

Strengthened lifecycle and email performance

  • Rebuilt email strategy with improved segmentation and targeting

  • Optimized messaging to better align with buyer needs

Aligned marketing and sales

  • Trained sales team and C-suite on pitching, partnerships, and presentation

  • Improved collaboration between marketing and sales to drive conversion
